The Malthouse is situated in the quiet hamlet of Treburrick just a mile from the beautiful bay of Porthcothan, part of the 'seven bays for seven days' grouping of beaches on the North Cornwall coast. It is excellently situated for Padstow, St Merryn, Watergate bay and Newquay, all with a number of fine restaurants. It is also only 10 minutes from Newquay Airport.
Sleeping 8, the property provides stylish and comfortable contemporary living accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and complete with 5 ring gas hob & double oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The light, open plan living area gives the house a real feeling of space and the comfortable furniture and log burning stove are a welcome sight after a days surfing, golfing or merely relaxing with the family on one of the many stunning local beaches.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, sofa, double wardrobe, and en suite shower room.
All the the beds, complete with pocket sprung matresses were chosen with comfort in mind. Duvets, pillows and bedding are all provided. All bedding is Egyptian cotton.
A very welcoming bath awaits you in the family bathroom along with plenty of white Egyptian cotton towels.
The enclosed garden has a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is private parking for 2/3 cars.
