Location

The Malthouse is located in the heart of the peaceful village of Treburrick, on the North Cornwall Coast. Local shops, pubs and restaurants can all be found within 3 miles and Padstow, Wadebridge and Newquay are all within easy reach.

Porthcothan is approximately 1 mile from The Malthouse and has a lovely family beach with plenty of sand at low tide and is great for surfing. The beach is surrounded by sand dunes which are managed by a local trust and there are many rock pools next to the cliffs. There is also a rocky outcrop with areas to explore at low tide but care must be taken not to get cut off. This beach is lifeguard patrolled in the high season.
